As you know, the political life of Trump and Netanyahu is coming to an end soon, and these two people are facing the possibility of trial and imprisonment for corruption and lawlessness. It has now been proven to everyone that these two people are telling big lies to the people of America and Israel and the rest of the world in order to stay in power.

In addition to its 20 million official and volunteer armies, Iran also has millions of suicide bombers and combatants, according to the Pakistani prime minister INTERVIEW, who could inflict heavy casualties on Israel, the United States or any other aggressor.

As an Internet-oriented activist for world peace and culture who have suspended my peace and cultural activities and studies for 5 months because of internal reasons, I, Saeed Shojaei Saadi, express my best Congratulations on your election as President-elect in 2020 to you and your family, as well as to the American people (All my pages are available by searching my full name on the internet).
 Mr. Biden:
About two years ago, I predicted the defeat of President Trump and informed him, his family members, officials of international organizations, and the domestic and international press in numerous letters. But apparently no one, including President Trump, took it seriously!, while the most global observers believed Trump's victory in the 2020 US election as certain.
Mr. President-elect of the United States:
President Trump lost the US election because he was heavily influenced by extremist and racist people, advisers, and political currents who not only did not know American interests well but knew very little about the complicated world of the 21st century.

He also ignored the power of major regional actors such as Iran in foreign policy. He  also carried out the most sanctions and crimes against humanity against Iran and other nations of the world while the people of Iran and the world are at war with the deadly and contagious disease of Corona. A disease that has killed about 250,000 Americans so far due to the wrong policies of Trump and his administration.
Now, you have a golden and historic opportunity to make up for President Trump's domestic and international sabotage, while ensuring the legitimate interests of the American people, as well as to immediately lift the inhumane sanctions on Iran and other countries and formally apologize to them. it's the only path to make the America great again!.
Mr. Biden:
Trump and his son-in-law and Secretary of State, Mr. Pompeo,  were under a great deal of delusion. They thought that the Middle East consisted only of Israel and Saudi Arabia, and that Middle East politicians were limited to bin Salman and Netanyahu.
Unfortunately, in a completely insane way, they believed that all countries in the world should immediately obey whatever Trump and his administration say. This shows that they are facing a fundamental problem in terms of psychology and understanding of America and the world.
For this reason, the savage eventually ordered the assassination of one of Iran's official military commanders Gen. Soleimani and his entourage in Baghdad, who played a key role in destroying ISIS in the Middle East.
On January 21, 2020, I urge you to immediately lift all  US sanctions against Iran and other countries imposed by Trump by issuing the necessary orders, and return to JCPOA.
It has now been proven to everyone that Iran and other independent countries are unyielding, and in particular it is quite clear that no plan or policy in the Middle East can be implemented without the consent and support of Iran.

در دادگستری استان فارس و کشور بدنبال اثبات حق و حقوق مادی و معنوی خود در دو پرونده ظلم و ستم همه جانبه بر خود هستم، لذا پیگیری این دو پرونده نیازبه وقت فراوان و کامل دارد. بهمین دلیل تا آینده نا معلوم همه فالورها و دنبال کننده گان صفحات اجتماعی فارسی و انگلیسی زبان  بنده درایران و سرتاسر جهان (ایرانی و غیر ایرانی) که علاقمند به تحلیل، پژوهش و مطالب فرهنگی، سیاسی و تحلیلی بنده بوده اند، باید منتظر بمانند تا بعد از تعیین تکلیف نهایی این دو پرونده در آینده دور یا نزدیک، بتوانم (شاید) دوباره به فعالیتهای فرهنگی و صلح طلبانه خود که در ایران و جهان صدهها میلیون نفر خواننده و علاقمندداشت ادامه دهم. از این بابت از همگان، از صمیم قلب عذرخواهی می نمایم.

آنان که از نزدیک مرا می شناسند بخوبی می دانند با وجود هزاران رشته بند مرئی و نامری تحمیلی بر پیگرم ،توانسته ام در نبود امکانات و با وجود بسر بردن در وحشتناکترین فشارهای ممکن ،خوشبختانه بیشترین و بهترین پیشرفت همه جانبه ممکن را در دو سطح داخلی و بین المللی بدست آورم و این خاری است بر چشمان کینه ورزان، حسودان و پرونده سازانی که نه تنها قصد آبرو که قصد جان حقیر را نیز نموده بودند. عجب نیست که آیه شریفه " و مکرو مکرالله والله خیر الماکرین" در اینجا چقدر معنی و مفهوم و مصداق پیدا می نماید. والسلام.

کجاست آن شعور، حال و آینده نگری که بتواند بی کینه، حسادت و از سر دلسوزی برای کشور و نظام قدر فعالیتهای مرا بداند

یادآوری: روی سخن این مطلب بیشتر مسئولان دولتی، قضایی و امنیتی جمهوری اسلامی ایران است.
اگر عزت نفس بمن اجازه می داد!
در شگفتم از اخلاق و منش و کنش انسانی و اخلاقی خودم با افرادی که برای رسیدن به پول، قدرت دست به هرکار ی که از دستشان بر آید می زنند!. 
من هم اکنون در کنار خیل عظیمی از هموطنان همچنین دهها هزار فالور اروپایی و امریکایی در تویتر و فیسبوک و غیره دارم که اگر درخواست کنم هریک هر چقدر می تواند بمن هدیه کند ثروتی جمع می شود که چشم همه پول پرستان را کور می کند و یا من به دو دعوت نامه دولت امریکا برای گرین کارت و اقامت در امریکا محل نگذاشتم و به آن بی توجه ای نمودم در حالی که خیل عظیمی از مسئول و بچه هایشان و دیگران با خرج یک تا دهها میلیارد تومان در صدد اخذ این اقامت در امریکا و کانادا و یا اروپا هستند!.
آنوقت در کشور خودم عده ای با جعل و پرونده سازی گوهری توانمند چون بنده ناقابل را چنان در منگنه همه جانبه قرار می دهند تا به دلشان مانده! مثلا دق کنم بمیرم و یا ترک دیار کنم!.
آنهم بنده ای که اگر فعالیتهایم در شبکه های اجتماعی انگلیسی زبان امریکایی و فارسی زبان داخلی و خارجی نبود شاید در 20 سال گذشته جنگ عمده ای بین غرب و ایران اسلامی رخ داده بود. در واقع می خواهم بگویم اگر جنگ نشدن بین ایران و غرب در 20 سال گذشته 100 دلیل داشته است بدون تردید یکی از دلایل صدگانه آن فعالیتهای صلح طلبانه و تبلیغی بنده ضد جنگ بوده است. 
این نسبت برای برکناری عوامل ضد ایرانی در دولت ترامپ دقیقا کاربرد دارد یعنی بر کناری جان بولتون و برخی دیگر از چهره های ضد ایرانی و ضد جمهوری اسلامی ایران از حاکمیت امریکا اگر صد دلیل داشته است یکی از دلایل آن فعالیتهای اینترنتی و آگاهی بخشی بنده در امریکا از طریق اینترنت و شبکه های اجتماعی بوده است ، اما کجاست آن شعور و شوری که بی کینه و حسادت و از سر دلسوزی برای کشور و صلح جهانی قدر فعالیتهای مرا بداند؟!. آنهم فعالیتهای که با هزینه شخصی و بدون حمایت مالی و غیر مالی اشخاص حقیقی و حقوقی داخلی یا خارجی صورت گرفته است! .
جالب است که نه تنها این فعالیتهای بنده عمدا و از سر کینه و یا استدلالهای من درآوردی امنیتی و غیر امنیتی مورد بی توجه ای مسئولان ذی ربط قرار گرفته و می گیرد بلکه با ایجاد پرونده سازی در سال 75 و 78 و 83 و 93 بنده را وادار به استفعای اجباری و واگذاری زمین خود به یک بیستم قیمت واقعی آن به شهرداری نمایم تا از دید این جماعت ندانمکار در نهایت فشار و محدویت مالی و غیر مالی قرار بگیرم تو گویی نوعی سادیسم فردی و تشکیلاتی(امنیتی و غیر امنیتی) و دیگر آزاری برخی افراد و دستگاههای ذی ربط بر علیه من در حال انجام است.
چشم! جان کلام و نکته آخر: اگر دو پروندهای که در سال 98 با فراخوان آیه الله رئیسی رئیس محترم قوه قضاییه برای اعاده حق و حقوق قانونی و شرعی بنده در شعبه دیوان عدالت اداری کشور و دبیرخانه محترم دفاع از حقوق شهروندی طرح نمودم به نتیجه نرسد و انشالله مسئله کرونا تا حدی در سطح دنیا حل گردد که مسافرت را آسان گرداند حتما به درخواستهای مکرر شما پرونده سازان گرامی برای سفر به خارج لبیک خواهم گفت!.
تا شما راحت تر بتوانید به امور جاری اتان در امر خداپسندانه ثروت اندوزی و قدرت طلبی با توسل به پرونده سازی برای دیگران و استفاده از حربه ریا و تزویر بپردازید!.

President Trump's misguided policies in the past 4 yrs:

- Destroying the US relationship with the powerful country of Iran and imposing severe anti-human sanctions on the Iranian people.

- The indirect spread of racism and superiority of the white race over other species.

- Withdrawal from most international treaties and destruction of the positive atmosphere in international relations.

- The secrecy of the Corona spread in the United States, which has so far killed tens of thousands of Americans.

Important political and peace announcement

Isn't it time to think about the desire to cooperate with other countries to defeat Coronavirus while Corona is spreading rapidly in the United States and killing the American people, and like all other countries, the USA needs global help and cooperation?
Isn't it time to end the sanctions on Iran, Venezuela, Syria and so on?
Isn't it time to ask Saudi Arabia to end the fruitless and brutal war in Yemen?

Isn't it time for the UN Security Council and the General Assembly, with the cooperation of all countries in the world, to create a single policy to fight the coronavirus?

Have you thought most probably,you have to leave the White House this year or 2024 you would be ashamed of God and the people of America and the world if you do not do your duties well about the US and the world people?.

Analysis: The Importance of Global Solidarity in the Fight Against the Corona Virus, not a world war!

The coronavirus is rapidly spreading and causing catastrophic casualties and economic damage to people and governments around the world, including the United States.

In such critical situations, it is necessary for all the governments of the world to put aside their political and non-political differences with others so that the world can fully unite to fight this deadly virus.

Meanwhile, according to the world's news,   President Trump's administration is planning to launch a military strike on Iraq or Venezuela, with a much lower probability of Iran.

Political observers say President Trump is under intense pressure from public, political and media opinions for various reasons and wants to launch a military strike to divert the world's public opinion and the American people.

  However, All, over the world have focused their efforts on countering and fighting the Coronavirus. If the news is true and Trump attacks Iraq or other countries, then most parts of the world will face a major and devastating war.

 Some US observers believe Trump will be a major loser in the 2020 presidential election because of his diminishing popularity, endorsed by his supporters and dissenters, so he has decided to launch a major war of to move the American public away from his administration's economic and management problems in the fight against Corona.

I, Saeed Shojaee Saadi, as an Internet-based researcher on global culture and peace, I advise President Trump to implement the Alliance with the World instead of attacking other countries, which will both control and destroy the Coronavirus so, may increase the chance of winning in the 2020 election for him.

I have no doubt that President Trump will not only deflect American and world public opinion in the event of an attack on these countries, but I am sure all countries in the world will unite against the Trump administration. In this case, it seems that the American people will also blame President Trump, so they will not elect him in the November election.

Therefore, it is better for the whole world to fight Corona in full solidarity. I pray that President Trump will realize the current critical situation and put aside the possible military action that will have no effect unless defeated for him. Amen

Open letter to Gentlemen, Trump, Biden and Sanders, three respected 2020 US presidential candidates

I, Saeed Shojaei Saadi, am an Internet-based activist for world peace and culture with tens of thousands of followers and hundreds of millions of visitors worldwide, for nearly three decades under harsh and terrible conditions without the support of any Iranian or foreign person or institutions to promote peace, culture and human values ​​in the region and around the world.

Your country and 5 other major countries in the world, signed an important agreement with my country Iran, to become famous as:

بعد از ترور ناجوانمردانه سردار سپهد شهید حاج قاسم سلیمانی و قبل از هدف قرار دادن پایگاه نظامی عین الاسد امریکا در عراق توسط سپاه پاسداران انقلاب اسلامی، من طی صدهها پست در تویتر و فیس بوک و نامه به ترامپ و دیگر مقامات امریکا و سازمانهای بین المللی هشدار دادم که ترامپ نباید به هرگونه اقدام تلافی جویانه جمهوری اسلامی ایران واکنش نظامی نشان دهد.
در نامه و تویتهای خود ثابت کردم که قدرت نظامی و موقعیت ژئوپولوتیکی ایران بسیار بالاست و هرگونه درگیری نظامی امریکا و هم پیمانانش با ایران موجب شکست خفت بار آنها خواهد شد. از سوی دیگر هشدار دادم حمله نظامی آنها به ایران دیر یا زود به جنگ جهانی سوم منجر خواهد شد. در همین نامه و تویتهای خود از ترامپ خواستم تا مشاوران تندرو دیگر خود را نیز از کاخ سفید اخراج کند و با کمال تعجب دیدم که جندی بعد از این نامه و تویتها ترامپ همه مشاوران خود را یکجا اخراج نمود.

یادآوری1: برای مورد استعفای اجباری از سازمان حمل و نقل و پایانه های وقت فارس (که اکنون به اداره کل راهداری و حمل و نقل جاده ای فارس تغییر نام داده است) به دیوان عدالت اداری کشور و برای زمین بزور خریداری شده خود به دادگستری کشور شکایت کردم که هردو تقریبا 8 ماه است که در جریان است اما تا کنون نتیجه ای به بنده اعلام نشده است.
یاآوری2: بنده از صمیم قلب همه پرونده سازان و ظالمان بی رحم و بی مروت و عوامل محلی آنها را که برایم تا کنون پرونده سازی نموده اند را بخشیدم ولی واگذارشان را به خدای عادل و در هم کوبنده ظالمان و ریاکاران و متزوران می کنم چرا که این افراد حسود و قدرت طلب و کینه ورزی که قصد جان و آبروی مرا نمودند نه تنها موفق نشدن سر سوزنی آبرو و پیشرفت مرا و خانواده ام را در این سالها بگیرند که رفتار شیطانی و بی رحمانه آنها سبب شد تا بنده با دست خالی و در نهایت فشار و گرفتاریهای ساختگی  و تحمیل محدویت های باور نکردنی توسط مغرضین  قدرتمند حقیقی و حقوقی به راه و روش خود بیشتر ایمان بیاورم و با افزایش تلاشهایم امروز به فردی تبدیل گردم که دو بار به اعلام برنده شدنم توسط وزارتخارجه امریکا برای برنده شدن لاتاری اقامت و گرین کارت امریکا پاسخ منفی دهم و با راهنمایی مستقیم و غیر مستقیم خود، فامیلی را که بزور دو دیپلم در آن یافت می شد را به فامیلی تبدیل نمایم که افراد آن در دانشگاهای معتبر جهان و ایران مشغول تدریس و یا پژوهش و تحصیل هستند.

Some Israeli and Western media reported that Russian gave Israel a green light in a secret deal to launch air and missile strikes Iran and its allies in Syria. But when he saw the command of Lieutenant General Qassim Suleimani and his powerful allies such as Hezbollah could not get off the field, so, President Putin and his officials created conditions for President Trump to assassinate the courageous commander of Iran's great General Lieutenant-General Qassim Suleimani, in order to win the impeachment and the 2020 presidential election. the big crime was done and Suleimani was killed by the US drones according to the direct Trump's order. the Russian president Putin initially condemned the assassination very subtly, but immediately traveled to Syria secretly while, according to local and international media reports, asked Syrian President Bashar Assad to Invite Trump to travel to Syria in order to decrease the Iran influence in Syria. Russian officials declare no military or political support to the Islamic Republic of Iran when Iranian authorities in response to the massive assassination of General Soleimani by launching a heavy missiles attack US base  Ain AL-Assad in Iraq and destroy most parts of it.  Russia needed to impose a big war between the two great countries of Iran and USA, I think, they still seem to be hoping for a major war between Iran and the US in the near future to keep Russia on the safe side. According to Russian and regional media, Russia was involved in creating conditions that resulted in the downing of a Ukrainian plane by an unintentional mistake of Iranian air defenses, because ( apparently ), Russian officials reported to Iran that several US missiles and planes have been flying in Iranian air to attack some aims. At the same time, Putin is trying to ally with Turkey in order to extend more influence in the region and the world. In fact, he seeks to use Turkey's power and influence only for the benefit of Russia. therefor, Turkish President Erdogan has asked Putin to deliver both the S 400 systems and having permission to deploy in northern Syria, and Putin agreed right away for imposing more pressure on Iran and the wealthy Arab Gulf states. That is why Turkey has so far refused to officially condemn the assassination of Lieutenant General Soleimani, and only implicitly condemned it as violating international law. Turkey's presence in Libya and Qatar also appears to have been the reason. The key question now is whether the countries of the region, especially the two US governments, Iran and their allies, are re-evaluating Putin's activities or not?!. I suggest President Putin and the republicans review their actions against Iran for the benefit of Russia and in opposite to INTERESTS AND SECURITY OF the USA, WILL THEY DO IT?.

نزدیک به بیست سال است در شرایط سخت و با تحمل همه دردسرها، تهدیدات و مشکلات غیر قابل تصور در میهن عزیزمان ایران، تلاش کرده ام تا از بروز یک جنگ ویرانگر بین دو کشور ایران بزرگ و امریکا جلوگیری نمایم. تحقیقا بعنوان یک پژوهشگر و فعال اینترنت محور فرهنگ و صلح جهانی عمیقا بر این باورم که هر گونه جنگ بین این دو کشور در ابتدا به جنگ بین ایران و امریکا و هم پیمانان آنها خواهد انجامید و کمی بگذرد این جنگ بدلیل حساسیت بسیار بالای منطقه خلیج فارس  و صدهها میلیارد بشکه نفتی که در آن نهفته است به یک جنگ جهانی با تلفات چند صد میلیون نفری تا چند میلیون نفری تبدیل خواهد شد، چرا که همه قدرتهای درگیر چنین جنگ فاجعه باری دیر یا زود به استفاده از سلاحهای هسته ای روی خواهند آورد و همین مسئله باعث نابودی بیشتر انسانه و کره زمین خواهد شد. تا کنون دو بار توسط وزارتخارجه آمریکا برنده لاتاری اقامت و گرین کارت امریکا شدم (البته بی آنکه برای چنین کاری درخواست یا ثبت نامی انجام داده باشم) اما در ایران عزیز ماندم تا هر کاری از دستم بر آید برای امنیت و منافع ایران و ایرانی و صلح و امنیت جهان در حد وسع و تجزبیات خود که شامل دارا بودن سه مهارت تخصصی الف:برنامه ریزی اجتماعی ب:صنعت جهانگردی پ: صنعت کامپیوتر و با دارا بودن چند سال تجربه کار و مدیریت در دو بخش دولتی و خصوصی و با تسلط بزبان انگلیسی، انجام دهم.
نتیجه تلاشم کسب دهها هزار فالور دانشگاهی، فرهنگی، سیاسی و رسانه ای و مردم عادی از کشورهای مختلف جهان بویژه کشور های امریکا، انگلیس، کانادا، فرانسه، آلمان و استرالیا با صدهها میلیون نفر بر اساس سایت های شمارشگر مربوطه در امریکا و غیره بوده است. همچنین موفق شدم مطالب فارسی خود را به دیدگان خیل بزرگی از خو.انددگان گرانسنگ فارسی زبان ایرانی و غیر ایرانی برسانم. کسی که اینهمه فالور آنهم در سطحی به این گستردگی دارد می تواند در کمترین زمان ممکن ثروتی قابل توجه بدست آورد اما وجدان و شرافتم اجازه نداد کاری که برای کسب رضای خدا و مردم کشورم و بعد برای گسترش صلح و ثبات بین مردم منطقه و جهان کرده ام را با پول عوض نمایم. بنابراین با افتخار اعلام می کنم نه یک ریال و نه یک سنت از هیچ فرد و یا افراد حقیقی و حقوقی داخلی و یا خارجی دریافت نکردم و به همه پیشنهادات کمک مالی و یا دعوت به خارج پاسخ منفی دادم. عجبا که حتما شاخ درمی آورید اگر بدانید در روز روشن یک قطعه زمین بنده را نیز شهرداری شیراز ( احتمالا بدستور از ما بهتران های قدرتمند و برای ادب نمودن بنده)با توسل به تهدید و ارعاب به قیمت یک بیستم بالا کشید و چند پرونده نیز در اداره حمل و نقل و پایانه استان فارس که اکنون به اداره راهداری و حمل و نقل جاده ای تغییر نام داده درست فرمودند تا مزاحم بخور بخور و سوی مدیریتشان نباشم. هنوز که هنوز است از تبعات و ترکشهای پرونده سازیهای سیاسی و غیر سیاسی کثیف شان که گاه قصد جتن و گاه قصد آبرویم را داشته اند، خلاص نشده ام. زیاده وقت شریفتان را نمی گیرم با این مطلب خواستم بصورت خلاصه اطلاع رسانی کرده باشم و دیگر هیچ!.

Analysis: The Republicans will not gain any benefits from this ugly act, too!

Three hardline Republican senators Tom Cotton. Ted Cruz. Mike Braun has accused the National Iranian American Council (NIAC) is the fan of Iran I, Saeed Shojaei Saadi, as an activist and researcher of peace and culture of the world on the Internet, think they did this ugly action for two following reasons:
1. For getting rid of Trump's impeachment.
2. In order to help Trump and the Republicans win the 2020 presidential election.
In fact, they are well aware that the defeat of Trump and the Republican Party due to the very dangerous and wrong policies of Trump and his advisers in the 2020 election is inevitable, so they are looking for ways to lead the American public opinion to their advantage. we have not forgotten that Trump and the Republican Party had vowed to make America the world's first power again, but the world saw that after the assassination of Soleimani and his allies, not only did the US and Israel gain no more security because of Trump's and his advisers' erroneous policies. therefor, there is a bigger challenge for the US and his allies.added,
 US allies' confidence in Trump and the Republican Party has also diminished, as Trump and the Republican Party's dangerous policies have put the US and its allies, especially Israel and the Arab states, in serious jeopardy. Meanwhile,
NIAC tries to help the
 US to get more peace and security also prepare a friendly atmosphere between Iran and US nations and governments.

be realistic and work to spread peace and security in the United States and the world instead of basing accusations on it. To help serve the interests of America and its allies. I also urge them to seek peace with Iran and lift all anti-human sanctions against the Iranian people in order to save the Republican Party and Trump in the 2020 election. This is the only way to succeed in the 2020 US elections. Iran is a great and powerful country with 10,000 years of culture and civilization. The war with Iran will cause America to fall in the Middle East and even the world. If they make a formal invitation, I would like to prove my analysis to them and all the media

Analysis: Did the assassination of Lieutenant General Qassim Suleimani and his team create more security and benefits for the US and Israel?

The answer is a big NO. In fact, the brutal and immoral massacre done by the US army according on the President Trump direct  order (on the basis of American media reports at the insistence of the CIA, secretary of state,  Pompeo and the extremist advisers of Trump, is a major failure for Republicans, especially those affiliated with two more radical groups of Republicans: Neo-Cons and Tea-Party, for the following reasons  :
1. Immediately after the assassination of Lieutenant General Soleimani and his associates, the Iraqi government and parliament adopted and issued the law on the deportation of US troops.
2. The magnificent funeral of Lieutenant General Soleimani and his companions in Iraq and Iran created an unprecedented unity between the people of the two countries.
3. If this assassination were planned to destroy the political relationship between the two governments of Iran and Iraq, we would see that this relationship would be much stronger than before.
4. Iran's crushing response to the assassination of Lieutenant General Soleimani and his allies has destroyed the American reputation in the world and proved to all American opposing powers of the world that response to the US military attacks would be possible without the US can attack again. On the other hand, some US media that allowing them to visit Ein al-Assad's base in Iraq reports the extent of the damage caused by the Iranian response to the assassination of Lieutenant General Soleimani and his companions.
5. On social media and streets, Many Trump supporters have strongly attacked his policies after Iran's response to Terrorist operations for the killing of Soleimani and his followers, calling him the worst US president and a great loser and liar.
For the reasons stated above, and for many other reasons, it can be said certainty that the United States and Israel have not only gained any benefits after the Soleimani and his allies terror, but their security has faced more of a danger and challenge than ever before due to the wrong policies of Trump and his advisers.

Proposal to amend the Iranian constitution and executive structure

پیشنهاد تغییر قانون اساسی و ساختار  اجرایی کشور

ضمن تسلیت شهادت سردار سپهبد قاسم سلیمانی و جمعی از همرزمانش با تسلیت شهادت جمعی از هموطنان عزیزمان در حادثه تشیع جنازه سردار سلیمانی در کرمان و سقوط هواپیمای مسافر بری اکراینی بدینو.سیله اینجانب سعید شجاعی سعدی بعنوان یک پژوهشگر و یک فعال اینترنت محور فرهنگ و صلح جهانی و نیز بعنوان یک کارشناس مجرب در امر مدیریت و موضوع این مطلب به آگاهی همگان و منجمله شما خواننده گرانسنگ می رسانم ، چند سال قبل نیز این پیشنهاد را خدمت مقام معزز رهبری و سایر مسئولان وقت جمهوری اسلامی ایران از طریق اینترنت ارایه نمودم و ایشان در یک سخرانی عمومی بدون ذکر نام حقیر اشاره کردند که مخالفتی با نظام پارلمانی و تغییر قانون اساسی ندارند اما نمی دانم چرا پیگیری نشد. این بار و در شرایطی که کشور بدلیل وجود یک نظام اداری پیر و فرسوده و فربه که چند بار دچار ایست قلبی گردیده و بعد احیا گردیده و بکمک دستگاه تنفس مصنوعی و کاشت باطری کمکی در قلب ادامه حیات نصف و نیمه می دهد!، فرصت را غنیمت شمرده و یک بار دیگر پیشنهادات خود را با توجه به شرایط بسیار حاد منطقه و جهان و برقراری تحریمهای وحشیانه همه جانبه توسط ترامپ و مشاوران  نژادپرست و جنگ طلبش و کمبود شدید درآمد کشور و از سوی دیگر با در نظر گرفتن فشار شدید اقتصادی و تنگناهای معیشتی اکثریت مردم ایران که می طلبد تا یک یک نظام اداری و سیاسی کارآمد و چابک و جوان و حساب شده بر مدیریت اجرایی و مالی کشور حاکم گردد، بشرح زیر تقدیم می نمایم:
الف: در بخش ملی و کشوری :
پیشگفتار:
بدستور رهبر انقلاب شورای اصلاح قانون اساسی  مرکب از کارشناسان مجرب و صاحب نظران کلان کشور  که هم نیازمندیهای کلان و خرد کشور را از نظر سیاسی، اقتصادی و فرهنگی و امنیتی خوب  بدانند و هم به شرایط و ساختارهای همه جانبه منطقه و جهان اشراف کافی داشته باشند، تشکیل گردد. این شورا مجموعه اصلاحات خود در قانون اساسی را انجام داده و بعد از تایید رهبر انقلاب به رای عمومی گذاشته شود و پس از تایید توسط ملت بزرگ ایران در کشور اجرا گردد. بنده پیشنهاد می کنم اعضای شورای اصلاح قانون اساسی موارد زیر را نیز مورد توجه قرار دهد. 
1- با اصلاح قانون اساسی پست ریاست جمهوری حذف گردد.

2- شورای نگهبان و شورای تشخیص مصلحت نظام  و مانند آن حذف گردند و مجلس سنا ایجاد گردد تا این مجلس ( که نیمی از ان را رهبر انقلاب معرفی می نماید و نیم دیگر در انتخابات مستقیم سرارسری برگزدیده می شود)، بعنوان بالاترین نهاد نظارتی و مقننه کشور نه تنها بر روند کار و مصوبات مجلس اول کشور نظارت نماید که بر عملکرد دولت و قوای سه گانه و نیروهای مسلح (از نظر نظارت بر امور مالی و اداری آن و نه دخالت در فرماندهی نیروهای مسلح که بر عهده فرمانده کل قواه کشور است) اعمال قانون نماید. 
3-  پست نخست وزیر در کشور احیا گردد.
3-1- نخست وزیر از طریق رای گیری در مجلس انتخاب گردد و مسئولیت مدیریت هیئت دولت و نظام اجرایی کشور بر عهده او گذاشته شود. نخست وزیر باید پاسخگوی مجلس باشد و در صورت بی کفایتی مجلس می تواند او و یا هریک از وزرای او را استیضاح و برکنار نماید.
3-2- نخست وزیر می تواند از بین اعضای دو مجلس و یا از بین اعضای احزاب قانونی کشور و یا از بین افراد حقیقی صاحب صلاحت علمی و مجرب انتخاب گردد.
ب: در بخش استانی:
1- شوراهای شهرو روستایی از ساختار کشور حذف گردند. در عوض مجلسی استانی متشکل از نمایندگان شهرها و روستاها در مرکز استانهای  کشور ایجاد گردد. این مجلس ضمن انتخاب استاندار  همچنین  وظیفه بودجه ریزی و جمع آوری بودجه از دو کانال ملی و استانی و تخصیص اعتبار و تصویب طرحهای عمرانی و فرهنگی و نظارت بر مجموعه اجرایی استان و شهر و روستاهای حوزه فعالیت خود را بر عهده خواهد داشت. مصوبات مجالس استانی هرگاه با امنیت و منافع ملی و وحدت و تمامیت ارضی کشور مغایرت داشت می تواند توسط  دو مجلس کشوری لغو گردد.
2- استاندار پاسخگوی مجلس محلی و هیئت دولت  (و در صورت لزوم دو مجلس کشور و نیز مقام رهبری) خواهد بود.
پ: در بخش نیروی انتظامی
کشور دارای دو نیروی انتظامی کشوری و استانی خواهد بود. مسئولیت اصلی برقراری نظم و امنیت در هر استان بر عهده نیروی انتظامی هر استان خواهد بود و در صورت نیاز و در حالت وضعیت  فوق العاده نیروی انتظامی استانی مستقیما زیر نظر نیروی انتظامی کشوری ادامه وظیفه خواهد نمود.
پ-1- فرماندهی نیروی انتظامی هر استان با استاندار و زیر نظارت مجلس استانی خواهد بود.
پ-2- استاندار می تواند برای خود یک جانشین در فرماندهی نیروی انتظامی استان انتخاب نماید.
نتیجه گیری:
با اجرای این اصلاحات  توزیع عادلانه ثروت در کشور و و اجرای عدالت اجتماعی و مردم سالاری به معنی واقعی در کشور پیاده می شود و جلوی حیف و میل اموال عمومی و اختلاسهای خرد و کلان تا حد زیادی گرفته می شود.  فاصله طبقاتی و شایسته سالاری در کشور  به حد نزدیک به مطلوب خواهد رسید و پدیده سوی مدیریت و  فرصت سوزی در رشد و توسعه همه جانبه کشور تا حد قابل قبولی در کشور کاهش خواهند یافت. وحدت ملی و امنیت و منافع ملی کشور با گستره بیشتری تامین خواهد شد و وجه جمهوری اسلامی ایران در منطقه و جهان بشدت افزایش خواهد یافت و قدرتهای تهدیگر و تحریم کننده دیگر براحتی قبل نمکی توانند با اغنای افکار عمومی خود تحریمهای ظالمانه و وحشیانه خود را بر مردم ایران تحمیل نمایند. در این صورت می توان گفت که مردم سالاری بمعنی واقعی آن در کشور پیاده شده است که این بنوبه خود سبب خواهد شد تا کشورهای بدخواه ایران نتوانند براحتی قبل اختشاشات و در گیریهای سیاسی در شهرهای کشور به بهانه های واهی راه بیندازند و از نظر فرهنگی نیز کشور می تواند بیشتر از قبل به بالندگی برسد.

Analysis, the dangerous Neo-Con and T-party and AIPAC game for the destruction of world peace and security

 Trump's son-in-law, Jard Kushner, Secretary of State Pompeo and John Bolton in the United States and current Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, are the four main figures representing the neo-con, TP, and AIPAC since the beginning of Trump's presidency to deceive him to destroy the peace and stability of USA and the world and create a major global disaster like World War III. They have chosen the Middle East to execute their plan because, they know well, that there are hundreds of billions of unexploited oil in the Middle East and rich Arab and non-Arab countries, are present in the region. It is now widely known that these four figures have significant influence over Trump (John Bolton continues to play an effective but covert role on Trump's policies despite leaving the White House). They face a huge impasse over Iran's domination of the Middle East and have been trying to provoke the Islamic Republic of Iran to begin a war with the United States and its allies since the beginning of Trump's presidency. It is clear that they are having catastrophic strategic miscalculation about Iran's military power and influence in the region. by their catastrophic advice, they forced Trump to withdraw from the "Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action" and many international treaties signed by previous US governments. They forced Trump to impose barbaric sanctions on the Iranian people and other nations in the world. They have been trying to propagate to the American people that they have practiced American domination of the world and have put America on the path of more development and public prosperity. But the reality is that they forced Trump to decrease America's reputation in the world and put America in the weakest position from the end of the second world war. They also forced Trump to order the brutal assassination of Lieutenant General Qassim Suleimani of Iran. They had told Trump that Iran did not respond to the United States' action, but the world saw a powerful and determined leadership of Islamic Iran destroy US base, al-Assad in Iraq by dozens of advanced indigenous missiles without being traced. They forced Trump to lie in his speech last night, saying no one was killed or injured in the Iranian military response and all things are well. Now, however, these four people and their supporters in the neo-Con, T-party, and AIPAC have realized that neither Iran nor the world will succumb to the bullying and their evil plans.in final, Two questions now arise:
A: Can Trump-free himself and the American people from the four main figures and their supporters to prevent the possible fate of Richard Nixon or John F. Kennedy?
B: Do the media and the American people, as well as the US military and the like, allow these four people and their supporters to compromise more on the security and interests of the American people and on world peace and stability?
I have no doubt that the answers to these questions will soon be revealed.
