Unlike the good relationship between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the two countries of Russia and China, unfortunately, Iran's relations with the Western countries, and especially with the United States, and naturally with their Arab and non-Arab allies, have a weak-to-very bad relationship (from tomorrow to the victory of the Islamic Revolution until Today, it has fluctuated. This coldness of relations has had a negative effect on Iran's interests and national security, and, ultimately, on the world as a whole.

I am trying to persuade the two sides to intensify the disputes between the two sides for two decades, as a researcher and Internet-based center for world culture and peace, and I will try to encourage both parties to reopen embassies and normalize relations.

 In fact, writing hundreds of articles, analyzing and publishing thousands of posts in both Persian and English on social networks such as Twitter and Facebook, "Link this," and the like, as well as on the Internet, as well as writing and sending dozens Letter to the Supreme Leader and the officials of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the authorities of the Western countries, including the Presidents of the United States, as well as the heads of international organizations and NGOs and influential people in this regard.

Meanwhile, I am ready to prepare for a speech and set up a panel and a comprehensive dialogue in major political, cultural, scientific and academic centers of the world in order to spread the culture of peace and friendship, as well as to show the very constructive results of establishing relations between the Islamic Republic of Iran And the Western countries and their allies, as well as the recognition of the devastating damage, continue to state neither peace nor war on the security and national interests of both sides and on the security and peace of the world, in accordance with the formal invitation.

With regard to the effectiveness of the peacemaking and cultural activities of my servant, I would like to say that if the number of followers of the matter and the amount of referrals to the web pages that contain the content and analysis of the cultural, peaceful and human rights posts of my servant, both in English and Persian, and in Two international and domestic domains have been published, as well as a lot of comments and email with various readers' opinions as an indicator of the impact of these activities in the past years. In this case, it should be said that these activities are in two different fields of internal and international with varying degrees Constructive and effective.

حل و فصل مشکلات بین ایران و آمریکا بمعنی تقویت صلح و امنیت جهانی و تامین هر چه بیشتر 

منافع و امنیت ملی طرفین است

برخلاف رابطه بسیار خوب جمهوری اسلامی ایران با دو کشور روسیه و چین، متاسفانه رابطه ایران با کشورهای غربی و بویژه با آمریکا و بطور طبیعی با هم پیمانان عرب و غیر عرب آنها، رابطه ای بین ضعیف تا بسیار بد (از فردای پیروزی انقلاب اسلامی تا امروز ) در نوسان بوده است.این سردی روابط بر منافع و امنیت ملی ایران و کشورهای غربی و در نهایت کل جهان البته با شدت متفاوت اثر منفی داشته است.


بنده سعید شجاعی سعدی بعنوان یک پژوهشگر و فعال اینترنت محور فرهنگ و صلح جهانی نزدیک به دو دهه است در تلاش هستم تا اولا از شدت اختلافات بین دو طرف بکاهم و ثانیا تلاش کنم تا دو طرف را به بازگشایی سفارتخانه ها و عادی سازی روابط تشویق نمایم.

 در واقع نگارش صدهها مطلب و تحلیل و انتشار هزاران پست به دو زبان فارسی و انگلیسی در شبکه های اجتماعی چون "تویتر" و "فیس بوک" "لینک این" و مانند آنها و نیز در شبکه های اینترنت داخلی و همچنین نگارش و ارسال دهها نامه به رهبر  و مسئولین محترم جمهوری اسلامی ایران و مسئولین کشورهای غربی منجمله به روسای جمهور وقت آمریکا و نیز به روسای سازمانهای بین المللی و سازمانهای مردم نهاد و افراد با نفوذ در همین راستا بوده است.


در همین جا نیز بنده آماده گی خود را برای سخنرانی و برقراری پنل و گفتگوی جامع در مراکز مهم سیاسی و فرهنگی و علمی و دانشگاهی کشورهای مختلف دنیا در جهت گسترش فرهنگ صلح و نوع دوستی و نیز شناساندن نتایج بسیار سازنده برقراری روابط بین جمهوری اسلامی ایران و کشورهای غربی و هم پیمانان آنها و نیز شناساندن خسارتهای بسیار مخرب ادامه حالت نه صلح و نه جنگ بر امنیت و منافع ملی طرفین و بر امنیت و صلح جهانی ، بشرط دعوت رسمی اعلام می نمایم.


در مورد موثر بودن فعالیتهای صلح طلبانه و فرهنگی بنده باید عرض کنم که اگر تعداد نفرات دنبال کننده مطالب و نیز میزان مراجعه به صفحات اینترنتی که مطالب و تحلیلها و پستهای فرهنگی و صلح طلبانه و حقوق بشری بنده را که به دوزبان انگلیسی و فارسی و در دو حوزه داخلی و بین المللی منتشر شده است و نیز ایمیل و کامنتهای فراوان حاوی نظرات مختلف خواننده گان را بعنوان شاخص اثرگذاری این فعالیتها در سالیان دراز گذشته در نظر بگیریم در این صورت باید گفت این فعالیتها در دو حوزه داخلی و بین المللی با درجات مختلف سازنده و موثر بوده است.
