what is the Behind the scenes of the sudden meetings between the foreign ministers and presidents of Iran, Russia, and Turkey?.

The three foreign ministers of Iran, Russia, and Turkey met on November 19, 2017, in Antalya of Turkey, and the extraordinary meeting of President Rouhani, Putin and Erdogan will be held on November 22, 2017, in Sochi, Russia.
