I, Saeed Shojaei Saadi, am an internet-based researcher and activist of World Culture and Peace, because of the possible risk of starting World War III, I am writing this letter to you.

 I hope it could wake up the sleepy consciences of the global decision-makers.

Initially, it should be noted that in my letter to the heads of international organizations and countries, as well as in my analysis based on the results of research from 30 years ago, I have warned that the 21st century with significant political, cultural, and security changes would eventually lead to the emergence of the radical social, political, and religious organizations and movements in all parts of the world.

These extremely radical currents and organizations determine leaders over countries (through coups, revolutions, or elections) that will eventually lead to World War III in the 21st century. Unfortunately, now my predictions are doing much earlier than I expected.

Excellency :

I foresee that in World War III countries with nuclear weapons and other weapons of mass destruction will use them against each other, of course, they would claim to defend their countries which finally lead the world to face the verge of destroying the human, animal, and plant life on Earth.

For this reason, most countries in the world are now trying to achieve nuclear weapons and other weapons of mass destruction as soon as possible to use them in a possible World War III. Of course, they will claim to do so to defend their country and nation.

Excellency:

In the 1990s, I predicted that in the 21st century the United Nations would be under the worst political so on, attacks to lose its effectiveness in global equations and events. Unfortunately, we saw that they have now succeeded in reaching their semi-goal.

Excellency:

I deeply ask you on the position of a researcher and an internet-based internet-based international culture and peace center, personally to ask the heads of states in the annual meeting of the UN General Assembly, which begins in September 2022 in NewYork to design a new organization in the world to resolve disputes between countries effectively or to expand the current UN power and authorities so that it can fulfill the task of maintaining world peace and security excellently.

If you fail to do so, please offer the leaders of the countries to provide a plan for continuing human beings to survive in the universe by sending a good deal of men and women to Mars, because according to my analysis, based on research, unfortunately, the World War III will destruct the most part of human, animal and plant life on the earth.

In final, I am willing to inform you that I have tried to expand world peace and security by conducting research and presenting numerous letters to the leaders of countries and world organizations over the past thirty years.

 and in this way, I have endured the many restrictions, oppression, and hardships imposed on me while I have not received any kind of support and assistance from real or legal Iranian or foreign persons during the past thirty years when I started my activities.in fact, I spent half of my life on humanity and ethics to spread peace, culture, and human rights in the world and tried to the prevention of World War III as possible.

Excellency:

 When others were involved in gaining power and wealth in any possible way without respect for justice and humanity, I was looking for a safer world for humanity and future generations. That's why I feel relaxed now, though I have been financially left behind.

I believe that a man who does not care about dignity, justice, and humanity is very humiliating and poor, though he has a lot of power, wealth, and influence on some things.

Unfortunately, in my dear "Iran", I was unable to obtain a license to establish a "World Culture and Peace Studies Center" because of the heavy cost of publishing a book or magazine and not issuing the necessary authorization in my country, so I was not able to publish the most of my analysis and results of my research, except what I published on the web pages.

Excellency:

 If you and others would like to help me to establish the above-mentioned center and publish the results of cultural research and world peace, I would be happy to know about your decision. 

Hoping to rule wisdom and logic over international relations in order to prevent the collapse of world order, as well as to change the thought and action of all those seeking extremism and the beginning of World War III and the Blind of the Earth.

An important letter to the leaders of the USA, England, France and Germany

 

In the name of God and in the name of the rationality, humanity, peace and friendship

I, Saeed Shojaei Saadi, an Internet-base researcher and analyst focusing on world culture and peace, believe that God Almighty has given four great gifts to human beings:

A: Rationality

 B: Humanity

C: Peace

D: Friendship

Based on these four principles:

 I ask you to prevent any resolution and refrain from any action against Iran at today meeting Board of Governors of International Atomic Energy Agency Immediately by issuing a serious instruction to your representative on (IAEA) .

 I deeply believe any action against Iran is in violation of these 4 principles and ultimately endanger world peace and security according to the following reasons:

1. Iran is really looking to revive The Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JC POA)in Persian (Barjam), but it seems that China and Russia, contrary to official positions, are strongly opposed to reviving (JC POA). The two countries seek to create a military conflict between Iran and the West and its supporters in order to secure their interests at the cost of destroying other countries without paying any tuition and casualties.

 Officials of the two countries have repeatedly sabotaged the reconciliation process between Iran and Western countries.

 How  you (gentlemen) do not understand this important issue?!.

2. The issuance of the anti-Iran resolution will encourage the Iranian authorities to possibly go to the construction of a nuclear bomb and military conflict with the West and its supporters such as Israel, in order to defend Iran's security and interests, and to find more alliance with Russia and China against the West too. 

This will increase the likelihood of a major regional or global war in the interests of Russia and China. 

Do you want such a situation by violating your oath against the national interests of the people of your countries?

3- The leaders of Russia and China have shown that they are well aware of the weaknesses of the Western countries, accordingly, they are trying to use Iran as a shield against the West.

 The adoption of the anti-Iran resolution will make Moscow and Beijing very happy. 

Do you want to play against the interests and security of your own people in Russia and China playing field?!.

4- The Middle East region is exploding right now. Please do not pour gasoline of plane on the fire by the approval of the anti-Iran resolution in (IAEA) !.

5. Israeli prime ministers have told big lies about Iran from the past to the present in order to stay in power. 

They have seriously endangered not only the security of the region, but also the national security of Israel by assassinating people in Iran and making baseless allegations of building nuclear bomb about Iran.

 Please do not believe their lies and ask Israel to stop further assassinations in Iran. I predict that the patience of the Iranian authorities will finally come to an end soon, and  they will inflict devastating counter-attacks on Israel. This, in turn, will seriously jeopardize the national security of all countries in the world, which is caused by Israel.

6- Iran has shown that if its national interests and security are endangered. No country will not have the national interests and security more, so please do not try to impose the conditions before the (JC POA) agreement on Iran again by adaption any new resolution in UN Security Council.

       

Gentlemen: The history of about seven thousand years of Iran shows that this country seeks peace and security not only for itself but for all nations of the world. 

Contrary to historical facts, the Western media seeks to portray a destructive and evil face of a civilizing Iran. 

Look at your own countries and see how the large population of Iranian immigrants manages your political, scientific, industrial, financial centers etc, with high quality. 

They are a small part of the civilized population of Iran.

 Now how can you fight against such a country in the interests of Russia and China?!.

Based on the above explanations,

 I, Saeed Shojaei Saadi, expect you to instruct your representatives in the Board of Governors of the International Energy Agency to prevent the issuance of any anti-Iran resolution and to immediately pursue the negotiations for the revival of (JCPOA).

Please do not forget that if Russia and China have been able to gain the trust of Iranian officials to some extent, you can certainly do so by taking constructive positions. In this case, the interests and security of all, including the security of Western allies in the Middle East, Will be provided. 

At the end of this letter, I wish peace and security, progress and friendship to the people of my country and all the people of the world.

Russia's military invasion of Ukraine and its consequences for Iran and the world

 Introduction:

An examination of the situation before Russia's military invasion of Ukraine reveals that Russian President Putin, willingly or unwillingly, has entered a double-edged sword that will challenge himself and Russia, even if he succeeds in dismembering, occupying and annexing Ukraine to his country. Face serious and destructive political, security and economic inside and outside the country.

A: The consequences of Russia's invasion of Ukraine for the world

The world order was in crisis even before the Russian invasion, and now with the Russian military invasion of Ukraine, possibly with the intention of overthrowing the pro-Western government of Ukrainian President Zelensky and its complete disintegration or annexation to Russia, unfortunately the world situation is similar. It has become a wild forest, and for this reason I, Saeed Shojaei Saadi, as an analyst and researcher of world culture and peace on the Internet, call the current political, security and economic conditions of the world after the Russian invasion of Ukraine a "pomegranate of war."

I have no doubt that the world will not rest easy from now on, and that different parts of the world, which were in the heat of a possible war before the Russian invasion of Ukraine, are now at the height of provocation and preparation for war and military conflict. Examples are the Korean crisis and the claim of Chinese ownership of Taiwan, as well as disputes between China and countries such as Japan, the Philippines, Indonesia, and even disputes between Turkey and Greece and the overt and covert war between Israel and the Palestinians, as well as the current situation in Iraq, Yemen, Syria and Libya could easily lead to a full-scale war.

I believe that if Mr. Putin declares a ceasefire now and withdraws all his forces from Ukraine, the situation will never return to before the Russian invasion of Ukraine, because the current situation and world order in these few days is severely tense. And the wounds on his body will not allow him to return to his previous condition.

       B: The consequences of Russia's invasion of Ukraine for Iran and the Islamic Republic

It is quite clear that the ideology in the Islamic Republic of Iran is as much interested and trusted in China and especially in Russia under Vladimir Putin as it is in hating and distrusting the West.

 Historical analysis shows that Russia has imposed two shameful treaties on the partition of Iran by force of arms and by humiliating the nation and governments of the Qajar period.

Also, in World War I and World War II, together with Western allies such as the United States and Britain, they were able to occupy Iran and whatever they wanted under the pretext of their enemies infiltrating Iran (after launching brutal killings and imposing poverty and disease in the country). And their interests demanded that the poor and oppressed people and people of Iran be brought to justice.

History reports the massacre of about 6 to 10 million Iranians who were either directly martyred by the weapons of the Western and Eastern states or committed brutal crimes against the Iranian people by various diseases such as cholera and others.

If trust is not restrained in the West, it is definitely not in the best interest of the security, territorial integrity and independence of Iran and the Islamic Republic, especially China and Russia, for various reasons, including historical ones.

Russia and China have repeatedly voted in favor of the UN resolutions against the Islamic Republic and the Iranian people.

It is clear that not for historical, religious, cultural, political or racial reasons, there is no reason for Russia and China to want to support Iran and the Islamic Republic, but only because China and Russia seem to be in the Islamic Republic right now. They want Iran to be able to use it as a tool to deal with the West and to use it as a cannon fodder and a defensive embankment for possible security and national interests in possible future military conflicts.

A: What should we do to not fall victim to the political and military games of the West and the East?

The best possible way is only to consider the national interests and security of Iran and the Islamic Republic, and not to take steps in the direction that inadvertently tramples on the interests and national security of Iran and helps the interests of Western and Eastern countries.

The Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action must be revived immediately and without regard to the interests of the West and the East, and our all-out military power must be rapidly and vigorously updated.

It is absolutely desirable and necessary for our international relations to be transparent, comprehensive and intelligent in the new period after the Russian military invasion of Ukraine, and to prove to the domestic and world public opinion that I observe moderation in relation to the East and  West.

Why should the current situation of the Iranian nation be corrected immediately?

پیشگفتار کوتاه.  

تحقیقا روح جمعی ملت ایران پیش از حد افسرده و غمناک شده است، اگر فورا بهبود نیابد موجودیت ایران با خطر جدی روبرو خواهد شد.

در شعار و هنگامی که کس یا کسانی بخواهند واقعیت موجود را در نظر نگیرد ادعا می کنند ملت ایران در شرایط کنونی بسیار شاداب و خوشبخت و در  رفاه و سطح بالای از امید به زندگی قرار دارد.

این ادعا را معمولا افرادی بزبان جاری می کنند که یا رانت بالای از شرایط نا مطلوبی کنونی که ملت ایران در آن قرار دارند به جیب خود و هم باندیهای سیاسی و اقتصادی و غیره خود می ریزند و یا دارای مسئولیتی اجرایی و غیر اجرایی هستند که برای توجیه شرایط اسفناک کنونی و پوشاندن ضعف شدید خود در زمینه های برنامه ریزی و اجرا ، مدیریت و شناخت نیازمندیهای راهبردی ملت  چاره ای بجز فرا فکنی و انکار واقعیت های موجود نمی بینند.

چرا باید شرایط کنونی ملت ایران فورا اصلاح گردد؟ 

تحقیقا هر ملتی برای ادامه موجودیت خود به شادابی، امید و همبستگی و کارکردهای مطلوب در زمینه اقتصادی، فرهنگی و سیاسی نیاز دارد و ملت ایران نیز از این نیازها جدا نیست.

درست بدلیل دارا بودن عوامل بالا در حد مطلوب بود که در طول تاریخ، ملت ایران توانست موجودیت خود را حفظ کند این در حالی بود که بسیاری از ملل کهن دنیا بدلیل دارا نبودن شرایط مطلوب لازم متاسفانه موجودیت خود را از دست دادند.

ملت ایران با داشتن شرایط فوق توانست در هزاره و صدهها ی اخیر حملات سنگین اسکندر مقدونی، اعراب، مغولها و دیگران را در نهایت دفع نماید و به حیات خود تا امروز ادامه دهد.

تحقیقات نشان می دهد که در چند دهه اخیر تبلیغات رسمی صدا و سیما تزریق اندوه و آه و ناله به بهانه های مختلف در سریالها و برنامه های خبری و تحلیلی و مستند و غیره خود بوده است.

بنظر می رسد سیاست کلی در چند دهه اخیر این بوده است که تزریق شادی و امیدبه زندگی در ملت ایران برای موجودیت نظام خطرناک است و مردم را از نظام و سیاستهای رسمی آن دور می نماید و این در حالی است که تقریبا همه مکاتب سیاسی جهان ادامه حیات سیاسی یک نظام را در تزریق امید و شادابی و همبستگی ملی می دانند نه در تزریق فقر و نا امیدی.

همچنین در چند دهه اخیر سیاستهای تبلیغاتی رسمی کشور این بوده است که غرب و در راس آن استکبار امریکا دشمن مردم و نظام است اما بنا به گفته آقای غرضی حدود 5 هزار نفر از فرزندان مسئولین در خارج تحصیل می کنند که بیشتر آنها اروپا و امریکای شمالی و استرالیا را برای تحصیل خود انتخاب نموده اند که مسخره و باور نکردنی بنظر می رسد اگر باور کنیم اعضای خانواده آنها در سال یک یا چند بار به بهانه دیدار عزیزان خود در آن کشورها به تفریح نپردازند و برای روز مبادا آنها زمینه اقامت دائمی خود و خانواده اشان را در غرب فراهم نسازند. اکنون می تواند گفت بجز محدودی متاسفانه یک طبقه مرفه و دارای رانت و امتیازات مختلف بالا از مسئولین رده های مختلف از 22 بهمن 1357 تا کنون بوجود آمده است که اکثرا در قبل از آن تاریخ یا در فقر بسر می بردند و یا با ارفاق می توان آنها را در سطح متوسط مالی قبل از پیروزی انقلاب قرار داد.

 اما امروز هر کدام به یک سرمایدار مرفه و پر نفوذ تبدیل گشته اند.

من، سعید شجاعی سعدی، بعنوان یک ایرانی دلسوز برای موجودیت ایران عزیز و از جایگاه یک پژوهشگر و تحلیلگر اینترنت محور هشدار جدی می دهم که اگر شرایط موجود فورا تغییر نکند و همچنان سیاستهای مخرب گذشته ادامه یابد  باید در آینده خطر جدی فرو پاشی ایران بزرگ و عزیز را داشته باشیم.

افزایش باور نکردنی فقر و مهمتر از آن بیماریهای روحی، روانی و اعصاب در بین اقشار مختلف مردم ایران و بالا رفتن تلفات درگیری های کوچه و خیابان که با بهانه گیریهای کوچک و گاه بزرگ به وقوع می پیوندند و افزایش شدید مهاجرت به خارج از کشور و بالا رفتن میزان خودکشی و خیانت های ناموسی، طلاق و گرایش اکثریت مردم به استفاده از کانالها و برنامه های ماهواره و اینترنتی خارجی تنها گوشه ای از وقوع خطر بروز یک طوفان ویرانگر سیاسی و اجتماعی و فرهنگی در آینده است که می تواند نه تنها موجودیت یک ملت که موجودیت هر نظام سیاسی هرچقدر هم که قدرتمند باشد را سرنگون سازد.

نتیجه گیری:

خدا کند تصمیم سازان اصلی کشور در زمینه های سیاسی، اقتصادی، فرهنگی و امنیتی فورا با گردهم آیی به این هشدار توجه نمایند بویژه که اگر مذاکرات برجام در 8 آذر 1400 شکست بخورد و جمهوری اسلامی  ایران به پیمان ضد پولشویی نپیوندد شرایط تحریمی و خطر حمله بیگانگان برای مردم و کشور افزایش خواهد یافت و در نتیجه فشار بر مردم و دامنه فقر و ناداری بیشتر خواهد شد و این بنوبه خود می تواند به گسترش نا امیدی و اندوه بین مردم و هدایت به سمت شورش و طغیان و حتی خدای ناکرده همراهی با سیاستهای مخرب بیگانگان برای رهایی از فقر و اندوه ملی گرایش یابند که موضوع با توجه به محاصره سیاسی و نظامی که کشور در شرایط حساس کنونی با آن روبرو است باید در صدر توجه تصمیم سازان قرار گیرد.

     

 

   

The world is waiting for the Iran-US nuclear deal

 

Although Iran's nuclear talks have done between the P5 + 1 or the P4 + 1 with Iran during the past years.

 I think the main talks, 

(If it is to be concluded), It must be between Iran and the United States directly.

Achieving a nuclear agreement between Iran and the United States, etc.

  It is an urgent historical need to prevent war and destruction in the region and the world.

We know the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Ayatollah Khamenei, has previously ordered the Rouhani administration to refrain from negotiating with the United States due to the breach of the Trump administration. For this reason, negotiations were held between Iran and the main members of the European Union and China, Russia.

The talks in April 2021 were on the eve of the final agreement that the new government headed by Ayatollah Ra'isi would take power in Iran in August 2021 following the presidential election, so the talks were suspended for several months and Iran finally agreed with the European Union that the Negotiations will resume in early November 2021, next week.

I, Saeed Shojaei Saadi, as an analyst and Internet-oriented activist of culture and peace, predict that Iran and the United States, with the participation of Russia, China, Britain, France and Germany, will soon reach an agreement.

Both the people of Iran and the United States, as well as the governments of Mr. Raisi and Mr. Biden, are in dire need of such an agreement for domestic and foreign reasons.

People and governments around the world are waiting for this agreement to be reached for various reasons so that the world will not see another great and devastating world war.

As I have explained my reasons many times before, I will refrain from re-stating them here, and invite those who are interested to read my previous analysis and articles on my web pages to find out my reasons. 

I remind in the end that achieving a nuclear agreement between Iran and the United States, etc., is an urgent historical need to prevent war and destruction in the region and the world.

I, Saeed Shojaei Saadi, as an Internet-based analyst and researcher with decades of research and peaceful activities in the field of spreading culture and human and moral values, urge you to conclude negotiations by giving suggestions and advice to the US government for the P5 + 1 with Iran in future talks if you have influence over the US government, otherwise my prediction is a major regional or global war in which the two sides will most likely use nuclear weapons etc.

My prediction also shows that in such a war, the human casualties will be between several hundred million and several billion killed and wounded, and a large part of the planet's environment will be destroyed.

My prediction is based on the following facts: 

1- It seems that the Islamic Republic of Iran feels that it has been subjected to the most severe military, political and security aggression by Western countries and their regional allies, so in the end, there is no other way but to build atomic bombs and intercontinental ballistic missiles. 

According to the Western and Israeli media reports as well as statements by officials indicates that Iran has acquired the technology to immediately build atomic bombs and intercontinental ballistic missiles and has created the necessary infrastructure inside the country. 

Although the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Ayatollah Khamenei, has issued a "fatwa" banning the construction of a nuclear bomb, but according to Islamic law, and as the former Minister of Intelligence of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Mr. Alavi, officially stated (Quote by theme):

If the existence of the Islamic Republic of Iran is endangered, this fatwa will be revoked and a new fatwa will be issued for the construction of atomic bombs and intercontinental ballistic missiles.

2- It seems that the anti-Iranian and extremist policies of the previous and current US administrations, especially Mr. Trump's administration, have caused the Islamic Republic of Iran to lose hope of reaching an agreement with the West on its nuclear program and other issues. And take over Russia and China.

Its very easy to understand that An alliance between Russia, China and Iran, which has great power and influence in the Middle East, could seriously jeopardize the security and national interests of Western countries and their allies in the Middle East.

So it is time for right-wing and extremist politicians in US and other Western governments to immediately reconsider their anti-Iranian policies AND RESTORE WISDOM.

3- It seems that the possibility of a nuclear war between Israel and the Islamic Republic of Iran and their supporters has increased a lot in current months.

I predict that if such a war takes place, it will soon turn into World War III.

4. In recent years, I have written various letters to officials of international organizations and leaders of different countries, including the presidents of the United States of America, stating that the leaders of different countries are rapidly preparing the situations for World War III with their wrong and dangerous policies. 

I explained the need to strengthen the role of the United Nations to prevent conflicts and rivalries between countries from turning into a world war.

Unfortunately, the United Nations has lost its effectiveness in the world and has become an ineffective organization whose Secretary-General only regrets the outbreak of war and practically shows that the United Nations is unable to play any positive role in securing peace and stability of the world. 

Finally, I wish success to all those who work for world peace and security and to prevent the outbreak of World War III (including myself), and I declare my readiness to give a speech at any scientific and media center that officially invites me If I knew it would be useful for spreading peace in the world.

What are the main of global crises, especially Iran, that could lead to World War III?

 

If we thoroughly examine the background and current situation of crisis centers in different parts of the world, it can be clearly seen that some of the following main centers of tension can lead the world to major regional and global wars.

Of course, we can not ignore the possibility of the impact of these crisis centers on each other because they are very important and decisive.

The  heart of crisis in the world in the current situation are:

1. The annexation of the Crimean Peninsula to Russia, which has led to the accumulation of a large part of the armies of various pro-Ukrainian countries in the Black Sea for a possible confrontation with Russia.

2. The official announcement of the President of China for Taiwan's accession to China,  even by applying force.

In addition, the old differ aces between China, Indonesia and Australia etc. on the ownership of the sea, are not ineffective in this regard.

3- The insecurity crisis caused by the attacks of the West and its allies on countries such as Afghanistan, Libya, Syria, Lebanon and Yemen.

4- The nuclear issue of the Islamic Republic of Iran and its siege by Israel and countries such as Pakistan, Azerbaijan, Turkey and some Arab countries in the Persian Gulf.

Studies show that the crisis that could soon turn into a major world war is the Iranian nuclear issue and the covert efforts to unite Israel, Turkey, Pakistan, Azerbaijan, as well as with the full support of the West and the Persian Gulf countries against the Islamic Republic of Iran. 

 Research has led me to this important analysis that if the forthcoming nuclear talks between Iran and the United States and others fail, the Islamic Republic of Iran will have no choice but to arm itself with nuclear weapons and long-range drones and missiles. 

Especially since Iran has acquired their necessaries domestic technology and manufacturing power many years ago according to reports from various officials, as well as Western, Israeli and Arab media.

It is a fact that the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Khamenei, has banned the construction of nuclear weapons in a fatwa, but there is also an important fact that Islamic rulings, especially in the Shiite religion, can lead to the issuance of fatwas. The new ones should be 180 degrees different from the previous fatwa because of new situations. Those who turn a blind eye to this fact should recall the official words of the former Minister of Intelligence of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Mr. Alavi, who said: "Seriously, Islamic Republic of Iran will have to go to the atomic bomb to defend itself if enemies close all windows to Iran, and the fatwa issued by the Supreme Leader of the Revolution will be changed according to Islamic law."

Therefore, I, Saeed Shojaei Saadi, as an Internet-oriented researcher and analyst of world culture and peace, remind the Western countries, especially the United States and Israel, that if they do not immediately change their positions and reach a nuclear compromise agreements with Iran, we will see in the near future. The emergence of Islamic Iran with nuclear, missile and drone power at the level of a superpower.

However, various exercises conducted by the army and the Revolutionary Guards in recent years and months are evidence of Iran reaching the level of a major world power today.

Unfortunately, the Israeli government, which is very weak  against Hamas and Hezbollah, seeks to wage a great regional and even global war to cover up its extreme weakness, regardless of its destructive result for Israel, the region and even the world.

I hope that the leaders of the Western and Arab countries, etc., will approach this issue with a realistic view and will not be influenced by the crowded games and the deception of the Israeli government.

It will not take long for my analysis to be verified, because everything will be revealed soon.
